She's going to die out there.
You don't fully think it through, because there's no time. One bullet is less dangerous than thirty. You take the rifle by your side, aim for her lower leg, and fire.
The sound is deafening. Lead flies out of the barrel of the gun and it tears through her calf. She lets out a blood-curdling shriek before tumbling.
Blood gushes from her leg. Immediately you realize that the bullet must have struck an artery.
End her suffering with a shot to the head
