Los Angeles, huh? 4 million brains should be enough.
You're on a sidewalk in Downtown, on Wilshire Boulevard. There are people all around. This is your heaven.
BUT...
You can't just attack anyone, for you look like a human, and if you are discovered to be a zombie (or dangerous, moreover), you'll be destroyed by the humans, obviously, and you won't be able to eat any more brains.
SO...
You could:
- Attack a random passerby and risk being discovered
- Lure a person into an alley and assail them there
- Go into one of the many, many buildings and see what happens
