By the time you're out from behind the paper, mommy's turned around back to the stove.  In moments you're reading the funnies and waiting for your juice and cereal and bacon. But you can't stop thinking about that thing daddy wants to keep secret from mommy.

Breakfast goes like every Saturday.  It's nice because there's no school, and you can just sit there looking at the cartoon characters on the back of the cereal box and trying to talk to mommy and daddy.

You finish up.  Mommy says, "I think mommy's got to go do some shopping this morning.  You want to come with me honey?"

Mommy asks daddy if he wants to come, but he says no, he'll stay here.  She shrugs and goes upstairs to get ready.  You go into the living room to turn on the TV.  It takes mommy ''forever'' to go away.  But finally you hear her go.  Oh, look!  It's Miranda the Bold and her little cat Tray!
