After 3 rings and 10 minutes on hold, the operator picks up. "Hello, this is Freddy from Xbox Support," says a man on the other end. "How may I help you?" You tell him about the Red Ring of Death. "Sorry, sir, but you're screwed. I apologize for the inconvenience," and he hangs up.
