Once you're finished getting ready, you rush to get to rm 275, Neurology 101. As you enter, you spot your crush, Penny Jones. She waves to you and you wave back, but lose grip on your textbooks and they fall with a loud thud. Everyone turns to look at you. Margo Doddy brushes past you and joins Penny. Apparently she wasn't waving at you after all.
You sheepishly gather your books and find a seat in the very back.
As class goes on, you start to learn all about alpha waves and beta waves. It's your dream to become a neuroscientist one day, and you're loving this. Everyone else looks bored out of their minds. Then, it's 2:00. Class is over.
You see Penny walking up the aisle.
