Hey, just dropping in to say that I'm so goddamned happy that someone else has taken an interest in Bloodsport. After going through the pages you've created so far, I wanted to note that I'm liking Naomi and Jack's stories. I honestly had a lot planned and pre-written for Marissa, but I started to lose motivation when I felt like nobody was reading it. And then I log on and see that someone has started not one, but two new characters? I applaud you, sir. I applaud you. Perhaps now I'll get some serious work done on miss Proppes... --TheElderOnes 07:13, 31 May 2012 (UTC)

Personally, I like how Jack seems to be a cautious, yet determined character. I don't see anything in his pages that would suggest that you're unfamiliar with writing teenage males. Having read through the new pages, too, I must say that I really do like the idea presented with the world war reenactment. I never would have thought of that, nor would I have thought of Naomi's "murder mystery" presentation. I'll get back to Marissa as soon as I can, but I'll be rewriting her stuff to move away from a "tournament ladder" sort of game to a "tribal warfare" one. The ladder flows nicely on paper, but writing that many individual fight scenes and avoiding repetition would be a biiiiiitch. But yeah, tribal warfare should be a little better. I may just steal Erin for an appearance in that path, if you don't mind. --TheElderOnes 06:44, 1 June 2012 (UTC)

Cool, cool. And thanks, its always good to see the student list (especially the writers version) serving its purpose. I don't know if I've even seen a Monique yet, but I shall let you develop her further. And, of course, you may drop any of my characters in whenever you please. That's what they're for, after all.

Now, on Tribal Warfare, that's what I thought, too. I feel like the division between cliques could be an interesting angle to approach, and could offer a somewhat more free-form style of play. Hell, with the football team and cheerleaders inevitably uniting, Marissa would have an opportunity to snuff Karen and Eric. And perhaps Erin with her own little "coven". So many possibilities.

Either way, I'm looking forward to seeing Naomi and Jack rack up their own counts or becoming a part of someone else's. As I said, so many possibilities... --TheElderOnes 07:24, 2 June 2012 (UTC)

Hey, just dropping in to say that I'm so goddamned happy that someone else has taken an interest in Bloodsport.
