The Birth of a Hero
You've heard of Perseus, Jason, and Heracles- some of the celebrated heroes of the Greek myths; well all those characters were simply based off of one real hero:
Diaphanes.
Diaphenes was born translucent. He wasn't completely see-through, but he wasn't completely visible either. He was born in the city of Athens. He was the son of Selcareh who was the son of Zeus. being the grandson of Zeus he inherited his grandfathers strength. Now having godly strength he was able to do a many great things. some of which are the time he joined the great ships the Gogonauts in their adventure of the Golden Blanket. On the way Diaphenes was able to help them in their quest.
