You keep heading across the bridge to New Jersey, and you lower your windows to get a little fresh air. The time is 11:54 am and the sky appears fair so far as you can see.
As you cross over into New Jersey state limits, riding the middle lane of the freeway, you notice a billboard with a clear message. You brake hard and do a double take, gazing into the words so boldly printed.
