Several things about this choose your own adventure.
This a parody of left 4 dead. Please reference this off this game.
Cum is the life in the game. If you drop to 0 cum you become a zombie. You lose cum if you cum. You regain 1 cum for every page you go through. You have a max of 100
Your level is how skilled you are. You lose less cum when you cum. You score more head shots. Etc.
A zombie is stunned when you get it to cum. It is stunned for 5 minutes.
All zombies want to do is have sex.
