You remove your hand and look closer only to realise that it is blood. "Blood? where did that come from?" you think to yourself You look down to find your shirt dripping with blood and with further inspection you find the source You've been shot! a circular entrance wound leaks blood as you run causing you to become dizzy.

Do you:

• tear off part of your shirt and use it to compress the wound

• ignore the wound and compress it with your hand so you can focus on where you are going
