Because of the size a group of men know as The Leaders have taken complete control of all of the industry and important locations. They rule with an iron fist and are not afraid of using murder or torture to keep control. The town is basically split into three areas, simply known as Upper City, Mid City and The Fringe.
The Upper City is for the rich, Mid City for everyone else and the Fringe is just that, the underground and criminal area where anything can be bought for a price.
There is a current rebel group is slowly growing, devoted to overthrowing the leaders.
