I added a category to [[Fetish]] and changed the name of the linked page (Let's get started). Feel free to change the link back, but it's nice to have pages named this way (having the story name [Fetish] and a forward slash [/] before the page name makes it easier to avoid linking to already created pages [and each page links back to the title page of the story, which can also be handy). Whatever you decide to do about page titles, please include a category on every page. I put one at the bottom of the title page for Fetish, and in the editor the category looks like this:

Categories allow you to organize all of your story pages by automatically linking any page added to the category (if that makes sense? I recommend checking out [[:Category:Smutty Sex Romp|the Smutty Sex Romp category page]] to see what I mean). This makes it possible to keep a running tally on the number of pages in your story and makes it easier for readers to determine which story pages are from (categorized pages have their category listed on the bottom).
