You are standing in downtown Tijuana, the place where most tourists visit while here in the city. To the west is Las Playas, the beaches of TJ, where many vulnerable, scantily clad tourists frolic. To the north is the infamous Zona Norte, the largest red light district in north america, where most of TJ's crime is centered. The question now is, where do you want to go?
