Incredible strength suddenly enters your body and you start to lift Rey, who is giving you a mysterious look. Your heart is beating like never before and everything in your body seems about to break. However, you keep pushing her up, eventually she puts a hand on the ramp and lifts herself back to the ground. Still full of adrenaline, you use your remaining energy to lift yourself up and join her on level 9. You fall next to her and you lay next to each other, panting like your life was nearly taken away from you, which actually just happened.

“Why... Why did you save me?” Rey asks after a minute, still short of breath.

“Isn’t that obvious? If you die, I’m also gonna get killed.” You answer.

“Th... thank you.” Rey says after another minute of silence, still giving you that impenetrable look.

“You’re welcome... I guess.” You tell her. Then, she surprises you by straddling you and shoving her lips on yours.

“I don’t know why, but I need to thank you for saving me. My body is the only thing I can give you right now. I want you to know that I surrender myself, to you.” She tries to explain before putting her lips back onto yours.

You kiss her back this time, and feel more alive kissing her than you ever did.
