The police chief Brian Irons was forced to disband the S.T.A.R.S unit becuse of their stories and because he felt that they were making fools out of the Raccon ~~city police department~~ (RPD).	+	A month and a half has passed since the incident in the Arklay Mountains. A giant road block has been set up at the main street and the police have gathered all their forces there including the newly founded SWAT-inspired Select Police Force which replaced the S.T.A.R.S. unit. Also Umbrella Corporation ~~who is~~ the major corporation in the city has sent in their own special forces U.B.C.S. (Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service) to aid in the operation as well as evacuating any remaning civilians in the city.	+	That was one of the reasons why this crisis has gone this far.
