Sarah decided to take off her bra and underwear, figuring the doctor would ask her to anyways. She hopped onto the examination table and swung her legs back and forth while waiting for the doctor to come in. After a few minutes of waiting, she heard a knock on the door. The door slowly opened and revealed Dr. Lenir. He stood at maybe 5'11 or 6'0. He had curly black hair and was slightly tan. He was very muscular an it showed through the sleeves of his shirt.

"You're Sarah North, correct?" The doctor asked politely. Sarah nodded her head slightly. "Good, I'm glad that I found the right room. You stated that you were having abdominal pain when you called. Over the form you also put that you had cramping, bloating, gas and constipation. Is there any other symptoms that you forgot to put?"

"I've also have difficulty peeing. It hurts really bad when I do." Sarah looked away shyly.

"No need to be embarrassed. I've seen it all before. We can either start with a CT scan that will show exactly what we are working with or we can start with a physical examination and then move on to the CT scan. It's up to you."
