The Phalo region is a chain of temperate islands. There are three primary islands - Mainus, Secun, and Tertia Islands.

Mainus Island is the big island, home to two cities and one village. Routes connect all three.

Polimetro City - The largest city in Phalo. Known for its bustling theater industry and infamous for its anything-goes Red Light district.

Coastaria City - An industrial city dealing in import and export. Also has a huge fish market. Not a tourist site, to be sure.

Genisilia Town - Your hometown! A large village, it's mostly home to natives of Phalo who work in Polimetro or Coastaria. Also where the region's Pokemon Lab is located.

Secun Island is half Mainus' size and only slightly bigger than Tertia. Has one city and one village.

Duskveil City - A city known for its famous sunsets. Most popular tourist city in Phalo.

Elderroot Town - A retirement village with few young inhabitants.

Tertia is the smallest of the main islands, hosting only one city.

Pyreheight City - A city built around a dormant volcano. World-famous hotsprings.

Other villages sit upon the small islands scattered around Phalo.

Mariana Town - Popular scuba diving and romantic vacation retreat. Quite, small, and isolated.

Ascentia Village - Gateway to Phalo's Victory Road.

A gym exists in each major city.
