There is a second of silence which seems like an eternity. You notice quite a few spectators, each of whom seem as anxious for Baxter's next move as you are.

"Max, you got balls kid. I can respect that. You think what you did is funny. It probably is. But you cant pull a stunt like that and get away with it. Not in front of my girl." Baxter says finally, preparing himself to fight.

"Just leave it" Sam says "We can all just let this go, Max was just having a bit of fun"

"And now so are we." Baxter says.

"I'll take the pencil dick." Baxter motions to his cronies. "You boys handle the two nuts"

A few of the spectators laugh. You find Baxter's humor intimidating.

He takes a two steps toward you, and swings wildly. You are somehow able to dodge the attack.
