The Doc looks over your scores.

"Hm, interesting combination. Not what I would have guessed, but hey, to each their own, huh?" He moves into a small sitting room, where a couch and chair face each other. They seem in surprisingly good condition, if a little beat up and dusty. Then again, everything was.

"Come in and sit. I have a few questions I want to ask you to try and determine what kinda person you are, get a medical history. Not that I expect you gotta history of gettin' shot in the head."

Sitting on the couch, the Doctor asks you seemingly random questions, occasionally making notes on a pad. When you're done, he hands you the pad.

"Got some interesting stuff there, seems like you're kinda all over the place. Why don't you just look 'em over and decide which suits you best?"

Looking at the paper, multiple things are listed with descriptions.
