You should just know the little number up there is your current population. It's coloured in red because it's way too small right now. However, if your city is small and your population is huge, it will also be coloured in red. If it's coloured in green, then your population is OK. That's it, hope you learned that, because I don't feel like repeating it.</font color>

The colouring works the same way as the population's one does. Anyways, as you can see by yourself, your building count is critically low, you don't even have a SINGLE building!</font color>
