"Hello?" Kat says.

"Kat!" you cry, gleefully.

"Who is this?" Kat wonders, confused.

"It's Tori, Kat," you tell her with a chuckle.

"ToriKat?" the less-than-ingenius girl repeats, as if the two names are one. "I don't know anyone called ToriKat."

"No, Kat," you persist. "It's me, Tori."

"Oh, Tori!" Kat responds, this simple concept finally clicking. "What's up?"

"Why don't you come over to my place? I have a surprise for you."

"Ooh, a surprise! I love surprises! I'll be there in ten minutes."

"Okay. See you then." You hang up the phone, and turn. You've got to have a surprise ready in ten minutes.
