New Hope was accepted as humanity's last bastion of science and culture; the rest of the world turned into a blasted, primitive waste. It was a highly controlled enviroment of perfect square lawns, polished glass, chrome, purified air and synthetic food. It's people might not have been exactly happy, but at least they were safe.


-	The laws of New ~~Eden was~~ strict~~--nothing~~ would be ~~allowed to put the enclave at risk--and most people followed them~~. ~~However~~, every now and then, someone slips~~.
