You inform the attending eunuch that you're an alternate doctor that came to see Iona; the regular doctor is sick. A piercing glare is all that you need to bypass his initial suspicions, and he admits you into the back room where you might have some privacy - the only room with a door. After a few minutes, Iona enters the room, clad in a flowing robe that disguises her figure. Her vacant look as she greets you tells you what you need to know - this one won't require a whole lot of convincing.

"I'm feeling pretty good, Doctor," she says. "my foot is almost better."
