You take another shot at the glass cockpit, leaving another crack across the bulletproof glass. The pilots quickly deduce your position and begin to fly slowly towards you, ignoring your allies as they flee for safety. You fire again, this time at the Hind's blades, to no effect. The helicopter opens fire, and you are struck dead in the barrage of fire.
You died so that your friends may live, and that will surely be rewarded in the afterlife. In two months time, the war ends, and soon your friend and ally Rehman names his first son after you, in memory of the man who saved his life.
