Your stomach rumbles as you're leaving the graveyard.
You look down at the pigeon... The little boy could always get another pigeon, you thought.
You manage to slaughter the pigeon with your bare hands, and rip the feathery down off, and clean out the innards. You put the raw meat on a stick, and go look for a fire.
You find a few people camping around a fire in the forest, not too far from the graveyard, and ask if you can roast your meal here. They nod solemnly. You thank them and sit down on the ground and begin roasting it slowly.
It finishes roasting and you remove it from the fire. It looks dark brown, and smells a lot like chicken.
