The villager's face twists in envy, fists clenching, but too afraid of your magic to challenge your decision. He stomps off toward a hut, muttering curses, but the village remains quiet, its inhabitants still hidden.

You stride on into the very centre of the village. There are a few larger houses here – even Poonani has its nobility, it seems. But the only spot of interest is a small inn offering food for sale.
