Hurry towards the sound of the screams

One zombie in an empty room can wait. Right now, you need to save whichever human is screaming. You advance down the hall rapidly but cautiously, following the sound. Turning a corner, you see a staircase. The screams are coming from upstairs.
On the second floor, you can now tell that there are screams coming from two different places - from the second door on the left, and the third door on the right.
