Use the boats and sail away
From Create Your Own Story
You leap onto one of the boats. It's very small, but strong, and very tough. Ragged, broken masts raise up from the flagpoles, and the steering wheel seems to be broken as well. Paddles lie to the side of the boat, and you cautiously grab one and start moving them through the water carefully, trying to make as little noise as you can.
You see a large boat next to your tiny one, and you assume its the Pirates' ship. Maybe it would be better for you to use that ship. Or better yet, see what's in that forest over there.
