You come to a stop in the center of the village, where the wolf stands in front of you and holds your hands. "What's your name?" he asks.
You blush and timidly respond, "E-Evangeline."
A smile spreads across his face. "You have a beautiful name, Evangeline. Mine's Jereth."
You can't hide your embarrassment, and lower your head. "N-nice to meet you."
He smiles and holds your cheeks as he leans in and kisses you. Your eyes widen in surprise. You can't believe that you're kissing a wolf, but for some reason, it feels natural.
