Aaron reached for the phone. "What are you doing?" Asked Megan. "I'm going to call for help," Aaron explained. "Don't forget to dial 9," said Peng. Aaron picked up the phone. "Guys, it's dead!!"

"Yes it is," said a voice behind them. "And so are you!"

The kids turned to see a large, dark figure. The computer lab doors slammed shut, blocking any chance they had of escape. The foul smell in the room became worse and worse, and the middle schoolers began to cough and choke.
