Take The Bus

You decide to take the bus to get to school quicker.
when you pass through a tunnel, you stick your head out the window and hear giant footsteps of a giant pokemon! but before you can get a glance the bus exits the tunnel and drops you off at a bus stop just round the corner from your school.

As you enter, your new teacher gives you a confused look. You look back at her and she just laughs. "your 2 hours early! anyway whats your name? mine is Mrs.Lauren." "my Name is jack" you reply. You follow her inside to her desk.
she imediatly starts up a conversation about Pokemon. She is really surprised about how much you know. Mrs.Lauren the asks how you are with a sword. You reply "Not very good, my mum wont let me practice."
"oh thats a shame, anyway, since you are going to pick your Pokemon later, How Would you like to pick yours now?"

You nodd and follow her into her lab.

She Pulls Out a briefcase with 5 Pokeballs in it.

You Decide To cycle to school.

On your way you see one of you best mates, Max.
he is two years older than you and already has a Pokemon! Apparently he is the younger brother of May, the Top Pokemon Coordinator! But enough of that, you are almost at school and just over the hill you see a big black storm rolling in. you cycle faster and fall off your bike!
As the storm is coming over your head, you pick up your bike and try to run into the tunnel ahead.

once you get inside you decide to go all the way through and take the longer way to school.

As you travell further through the tunnel, you start hearing noises, and footsteps of a large pokemon.

but before it got too close you saw a light ahead and ran towards it, back out side into the rain.
You see your school ahead and decide to park your bike in the rack and run the rest of the way.

when you get there Your teacher welcome you and asks why your here.
You lean your head on your shoulder and look confused.

Your teacher then says you have 2 hours before school!!!
But she still invites you inside and starts to introduce herself.

"my name is Mrs.Lauren, Your is?" you reply "Jack, Miss, Nice to meet You." She Replies With a Thank You and Leads You to her desk.the two of you start talking about Pokemon and she is impressed about the amount you already know!! but she then asks "how are you in a sword fight?" You say "Not that good, my mum wont let me practice." "oh, she replies. well, later you will pick your Pokemon. But i believe that you should pick your first Pokemon partner with no distractions. and since you will do it later anyway, how would you like to pick now?" You agree and follow her to the lab.

you wake up, feeling really exited, but you don't know why. just as you walk out the room your alarm goes off and you fall over in shock. your mum shouts up to you... "are you OK, i heard a bang, you know your going to be late for your first day at the Pokemon trainers academy!" you stand up and imediatly run into the bathroom. yo come back out out 20 minutes later in your bath towel feeling nice and refreshed. you hear your big sisters door open, but you don't see anyone, you then realize there is her Raichu on the floor with its bath robe on. Your sister is 17 years old and is already Vermilion city's gym leader!! you see, Lt. surge is your great great great great granddad. no wonder every one in your family only likes electric type Pokemon. but the thing is, you see the importance in every type.

that aside you quickly get dressed, and quickly run down stairs in time to snatch your big sisters toast out of the toaster as soon as it pops up. she comes down to find you eating it and.... she blows up! "JAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" where is Raichu and why are you eating my toast? you say " Raichu is in the shower again and she thinks she can sing... and its not your toast if..." "i know" she interupts" "its not my toast if i cant get down here."

you get your bag and you jump out the door exited.

Pokemon: Pick Chikorita

IF YOU SEE ANY GRAMMAR MISTAKES PLEASE EDIT.

You look at the three see through red on the top, blurry but clear on the bottom, balls in your hand. You realize that the ball with the light green creature is lighter than the others. You have studied Pokemon, relatively, and know that it is a Chikorita. A grass type. So, yeah the ball is light and leafy. The Chikorita is looking up at you with adorable eyes.
You hand the other two back to Professor Gary.
"I choose Chikorita!" You say officially.
"Ok then."

You don't really pay attention after that. You are too busy gocking at the blurry creature inside the smooth ball. You want to send it out, but you must wait.
The tall blond boy at the far end picks Totodile.
The boy next to you with slick black hair and cold yellowish/brown eyes chooses Cyndaquil.

The Professor gives you each a bag of supplies and A POKEDEX!!!!!!!!! It records all the data of Pokemon you catch. OMG this is amazing. The mini computer is red and about the size of your palm.You want to check it out, but you'll have to wait for that too.

Eventually, he sees you off, and as you walk out of the gate, you see Windy. OH YEAH OMG YOU FORGOT. She had a gift for you. Maybe it was a Pokemon. And she wanted to tell you something.
You approach her.
"Sorry sis, I was in a rush."

"S'okay Windy replies hastily. Her blond hair is a tangle. It look like she ran all the way here, maybe carrying something heavy....

You glance over at the two boys. They have started a battle, Totodile and Cyndaquil are clashing head on. You want to battle the winner of this so bad...

"Forest! This is important!" Windy leads you under a tree.
"Touch the tree, Forest."

Windy had asked for weirder things. You really want to get in on that battle so you just obey.

"What do you feel."

"I feel bark on my fingers"! You reply impatiently.

"I need you to focus. Quit goofing off, this is urgent!"
There really is a note of anger in her voice.

"Does the tree give you any kind of energy?"

You take a deep breath. You do love nature...it would be weird if you didn't, hence your name. There is something there...yes, energy.

"I--I feel it."
Windy nods.

"Forest, have you ever found it weird? Dad's name is Burny. I'm Windy. Your Forest."

"Mom's Molly."

"Yeah but us three." She waits. "Elements! Burny is fire. Windy is air. Forest is nature!"

"SO, then our parents named us weird things!'
Windy shakes her head impatiently.
"Do you know the real reason I like to travel in the mountains." She waits. "My fighting is better there. It is very windy. Dad became a fire gym leader. You, do you remember that time when we took you for a hike, and you pushed cousin Jake in the lake. He was fourteen, you were eight. And he was teasing you. You guys started having like a chicken fight. But then you got really mad. There was this arau of power about you . It was creepy. you let out a yell and grabbed him and pushed him in the creek!"
You do remember this.
"What's your point? you demand impatiently, aware that the battle is probably over.

"You were born under a tree, didn't mom and dad tell you that. Did she even tell you the reason her and dad divorced?"
You shake your head.
"You know what? This conversation is for another day. The point is. Be careful in the Forest." She pauses, choosing her words carefully. "You posses great Power there, but be careful. I'll call you Forest. But take this."
She brings out from her belt a dagger. About a foot long silver blade. Engraved with a gemstone.
"That is the rare blue emerald, Windy explains. Good luck." And she runs off. You are so stunned that all you can do is stare at the glinting blade in your hand.

You are walking along the pathway that leads to Cherrygrove city. You feel nervous when the dagger is around. You call it the blue emerald, you have decided.

You take out the Poke Ball, finally ready to introduce yourself to Chikorita. When you push the white button the Ball goes from the size of a grape the size of an apple!

Then a green light seeps out of the Poke Ball, forming a shape. Wherever the light seeps out, part of a yellow furry creature is formed. It take about 10 seconds. Then there is a blinking creature in front of you, looking as nervous as you feel.

"H-hi!" You take a deep breath and force your brain to relax. This Chikorita looks mellow, but you still don't want to upset it.

You could go for the "i am your trainer obey me" approach, but the great ash Ketchum, one of your biggest trainer heroes advice is to be friends with your Pokemon.

So you slowly lower you hand to the trembling creature. You put your hand against it's head. It's skin is smooth and silky, with spots. With fuzz like a peach. It has a giant leaf on the top of it's head and yellowish eyes.
Chikorita flinches at first but slowly relaxes a you stroke it's silky fur.
"Hi Chikorita. I'm your new Trainer. My name is Forest Star. I hope we'll be able to be friends!"
Chikorita looks at you, the nervousness in it's eyes deceased, it's mouth slightly upturned.
"I think I'll name you-" you continue before realizing you do not know Chikorita's gender. AWKWARD.
Then you realize you can CHECK THE POKEDEX.

You take it out and press the large black button on the front you assume is the power button. Sure enough the screen appears. It takes you a few minutes to figure it out, but eventually you scan Chikorita, which makes it a bit uncomfortable, "sorry," but tells you that it's a baby, it's a female, it's level five, and it knows Tackle and Growl. SWEET.

You spend the next hour walking along route 29, getting to know Chikorita. You keep trying to think of good names. "Leaf or Twig or Speckles or Blossom is too common...." you babble on, not even sure she can understand you.

She gets used to you. She is a shy creature, so she won't let you pick him up, but Chickorita walks obediently alongside you. You make sure not to let her fall behind, as she walks cautiously. You want to maintain a sturdy relationship with your new friend. Not one of fright or commanding. And not one of her not listening to you.
You are just about to take a lunch break when you hear a rustling in the bushes. Out comes......a Sentret. It is a baby. Very small. you are about to challenge it to battle when you realize it's running from something. That's when the giant Rat runs out from the undergrowth!

It is the biggest rattata you have ever seen! Most are maybe 8 inches at full grown, but this one is at least a foot and a half!

"Chickorita!" you command. But the little creature hides behind your legs. You don't blame her. She's not even the size of your head!

As you Are Hoovering down the corridor you realize that this is the worst job ever. All you do is clean things and run around after Miss Straffod. She is a nightmare. Like yes-today she had you polish her shoes then clean her office twice. Also Her two daughters. Lucy and Rebecca Straffod. They Are The same age as you and just like her mother, basically always bossing you around, this sounds like a Cinderella story, but trust me its not.

You Are just finishing up the last corridor of the day when Miss Straffod tips her coffee all over the rug. the rug bleeds as the coffee Covers the hallways carpet. as usual you have to clean it up.

Once again you are nearly finished mopping the carpet, when you hear a door slam, but everyone has already left, since you got kept behind. you walk towards the sound and see a handle has fallen off the door which was slammed. you pick it up but imediatly drop it again, feeling that the handle is scorching. but then you realize on the handle you can see something in the key hole. you bend down and get close enough(without burning your face off) look through the key hole, you see a big hill with a castle on top, and a small village at the bottom. Then You Realize that there is a sign just over to the left with words on it. Next to the sign is a path which leads towards the small village but then branches off, one going towards the town and the other going in the opposite direction. you try to pick the handle back up, luckily it has cooled down, now you can get a proper look at the sign. you open you eye wide and peek through the key hole. the sign reads GRANGE TOWN 2 MILES. But You Think To Yourself, you live in grange city, is that the past, you think to yourself. is it?

you look look at really surprised at first but then you look in the mirror and realize that you look alot like him.
"you dad..."said Prof.Oak"as you may already know, his first Pokemon was a Pikachu and when he left home to go travel and to go to the world cups, he said to me that when the time comes, i need to give you this Pichu egg. I would of thought it would die in twenty years but, every now and then my machinery detects signs of life within. There are tales of Pokemon eggs that only hatch when they meet their long awaited trainer.
so please take this egg and take care of it."
you start crying as you take the egg, Prof.Oak also says that he has something else to tell you.

"even though" he says " you are still Trainer Grade 1, you are my prized student, you passed all your exams the first day with top marks on everything. And i would let you travel right now at this stage, but you are still grade 1, so that why i am giving you the opportunity of you graduate from the academy and progress onto trainer Grade two, next week.
so as you may know, next week is the year 10s Graduation initiation, i will let you compete and if you, as a year 7, win, or show great talent i will send you on your journey."

you ask him if he could look after the egg while you go and catch a Pokemon and he says its no problem at all.

you run past you mum who grabs you by the shoulder and hugs you. she asks how it goes and you reply with a smile. Misty(your mum) gets some styling gel off the side and spikes your hair just like your dads, she takes your bag putting it on the side. she now gives you a present. you open it and its a... new shoulder bag!!! You tell Bulbasaur to use Solar beam!!(if you are wondering you know alot about Pokemon and battling because like i said at the start you like visiting Prof.Oak to Learn) Just as solar beam was charged to its max, Ekens dug underground!! you told Bulbasaur to call off the solar beam and to jump as high as he can!

Bulbasaur leaped up and when he was at his highest use vine whip to whack the ground to gain some more height!!!
"Hehehe, you wanna play up high now!! Ekens, GO!!!!" shouted the rocket grunt.

just then Ekens sprung out of the ground right below Bulbasaur and bit his vines, but Bulbasaur was strong enough to shake it off and slam it on the ground.
Ekens was knocked out!!!

The two The two Rocket grunts put your mum down and dropped her Pokeballs as the ran away into the distance. just then Prof.Oak arrived in his car and asked imediatly what had happened.
you tell him and he is amazed of how you battled!! He asked for Bulbasaur back and said we could all go back to his for a cuppa.
(if you dident know Bulbasaur left Ash in the T.v series to help Prof.Oak Settle fights in the feilds. The episode was called ''Bulbasaur... the Ambassador!'')

once you get back to Prof.Oaks it is about 10:00 and you are very tired, so Prof.Oak gave you and your mum a room to stay the night as it is too late and too far for a walk home.
as usual the adults are downstairs and you are upstairs trying to get some sleep. But then you overhear Oak and your mum talking, you couldn't make out what they were saying but before you could hear anything vital, you fell asleep.

the next morning you wake up and go downstairs to Oak and your mum(i am just Gonna call he Misty, like i said at the beginning, she is a gym leader)are cooking breakfast.they ask if wanted any of the egg on toast and you said that you would just have a bowl of cereal.
after you had finished Prof.Oak called you into his lab, you walk with him and when you get in there you see the 3 starter Pokemon sitting on a table.

Oak says he has something really important to tell you.
he says"now Sheldon you have only been 15 for a while and your dad is a very special person he is..."

You throw the Pokeball down the tree, as it hits the ground a green light flashes and out comes... a Bulbasaur!!!
but it seems different than the Bulbasaur that professor oak has for the graduates. you think to your self and realize, the mark on its head, it looks just like Ash Ketchums Bulbasaur!! You see him on T.V. as the Pokemon master, but not anything else. you ask Bulbasaur if he could get you down from the tree and he shoots out 2 vines out from the side of the plant on his back and grabbed you by the waist. he lowered you down slowly and put you on the ground. You tell him what happens and that you need to get down to the beach!!!

He points the way with his vines and you start running that way imediatly. after a couple of minutes of running you come to a cliff and you are just about to fall off when Bulbasaur pulls the back of your jumper and back onto the ground. he then points towards the little slope down to the sand to your left.

when you get down there you are just about to turn the corner when you see two people dressed in black, with your mum!!!

You gobble up the dinner of fried eggs and bacon quickly and rush out with your bag to prof. oaks lab.
once there you explain that your mum isn't at home. "well you will just stay with me till she calls. wont do anybody any harm." prof. oak suggests.
he then turns on the t.v. to the news, it says that a woman had been taken hostage from her home and taken to free call beach. everybody refers to this woman as 'mum'.
"oh dear! we must go quickly! follow me to my car in the garage!!" prof. oak says.

you go with him and jump into the passenger seat of the Pikachu Toyota. Oak throws a Pokeball into your lap and starts to drive away like a mad man.
you try to reach for your seat belt when you realize that... there isn't one!! the car drives over a huge bump and you and the Pokeball fly out the car and into a tree.you realize you have lots of cuts, you have fractured your leg and you lost all your books, pens and potions!!!

PLEASE DO NOT EDIT THIS STORY. THIS IS MY FIRST AND I WOULD LIKE TO DO IT MY SELF.sorry if that came out wrong but you know how i feel.

The main story of your adventure is that you are in the pokemon world. your name is Sheldon. you live in pallet town.you like learning from prof oak. your mum is Misty, the gym leader of Cerulean. you do not know who your dad is.
Note: in this world you start at the academy, and at 15. kinda like secondary school.
now begin!!!

you wake up to hear your alarm, you are so exited because its your 15th birthday!! you finally get to start your pokemon journey, see the rules changed after reckless 10 year old started badly started hurting themselves. now the policy is you start at 15. you rush don stairs to smell burnt toast and your mum shouting "hurry up we will both be late!! I have got to be at the gym at 7:30 today!!" you reply with a very sarcastic nod as you grab your toast and start to pack your bag.

Of course you pack the essentials from the list... because you wouldn't want to be in detention on your first day!!!
