As if you're going to let some cop pull you over. You let off the gas for a moment, making it look as though you're going to pull over. As soon as the cop begins to stop, you punch the accelerator and peel out, leaving the cop behind you.

He begins to give chase, like any good policeman would, so you oblige him by making it difficult on him...
