An announcement says that no-one is to leave the city and that you are all to return to your homes.

Thinking you'll be safer where you are, you lock all the windows and doors, turn out all the lights, close all the curtains, and try to be as quiet as possible. Hopefully, if they don't know your there, they wont come near. You creep up to your bedroom and retrieve your gun with spare ammunition from your bedroom drawer, and wait quietly there, occasionally peeping through the window. After a few hours, you begin to start feeling tired, thirsty, hungery and really need the toliet. Feeling brave, you decide to use the toliet and rush downstairs for a drink and some food. When you get into the kitchen you hear something in your back garden. You panic, and flee upstairs only to hear your kitchen window smash and the sound of someone trying to get in, not knowing wether it's friend or foe

You ring your friend, Jennie, who tell you she's heard the report, and was meant to be meeting friends later at the mall. Between you, you manage to ring round quite a few friends and arrange to meet at the mall in the hope that you'll be safer in bigger numbers. After packing a few items including $70, keys, ciggarettes, lighter, penknife, food, drink and a gun, with spare ammunition, you set of to the mall in your car.

Wondering whats going on, you look out your bedroom window, and see your neighbour, being bitten on the neck by what looks like your ex girlfriend- Aby. Feeling slightly dazed, and wondering whats going on, you turn on the tv in your room, and, hear a urgent report:

Regretably, the armed forces were unable the stop the outbreak of what appears to be enraged humans. These attackers appear to have no human mental patterns, and increased physical strength.
