You switch to alolan meowth. The team skull grunt's zubat used absorb. It hit your alolan meowth. Your pokemon then uses bite. It hits the zubat and makes him flinch. You may attack again. This time you use scratch. Zubat has very little health left. Zubat then used absorb. It hurts your pokemon and heals himself a little bit as well. Alolan meowth uses bite but unfortunately misses. Zubat uses supersonic. It confuses your pokemon. Alolan meowth tries to use bite but hits himself instead. Zubat uses absorb to defeat your alolan meowth. You must send out rowlet. He has been hurt already. Zubat uses absorb but misses. Rowlet uses tackle. It hits zubat and the team skull grunt laughs.
"Oh you are so defeated. Ya think your rowlet will be a good addition to my team, yo?" asked the female team skull grunt between giggles.
"Stop right now you disgusting punks!" Shouts a girl with pink hair.
"It's Iliama! Scram!' The team skull grunts ran off as the girl they called Iliama comes over to you.
"Great job, girlfriend! Up top!" says the girl you helped.
"You do realize I'm a boy, right?" said Llama with a frown.
"Why do you have pink hair, then?" asked the girl.

You begin to walk to the shopping district but you stop to see two teenagers hassling a girl for her pokemon. One is a boy with short, blue hair, black clothes with a white X on his stomach. He wears a black bandanna and a necklace with a symbol resembling a skull. The other is a girl with pink, long hair and wears the same clothes from the waist up. From below she wears white shorts ripped at the end and an ankle brace with a X on it. The two look down upon the girl.
"Look, girlie, hand over the pokemon or else." said the boy, intimidatingly.

"Honey, are you awake yet you are taking forever." your mom called sweetly. Groggily, you awake, change into you clothing, and walk downstairs.
"Hey there, sweetie. Oh, you look wonderful. Please have some breakfast." She says as she pushes a plate filled with eggs, bacon, and a small bowl with corn flakes and moomoo milk. You begin to eat, but you aren't really awake.
"I thought you'd be more excited. Remember what day it is?" Asked your mom. Then you remembered. Its your Birthday!
"Its my Birthday!" You yell with enthusiasm. You quickly finish your breakfast as your mom gets a cake out of the fridge and grabs some candles. She puts the candles on the cake and lights them. She begins to sing Happy Birthday as you blow out your candles. Your wish is to get a pokemon and it comes true. Your mother reveals an adorable rowlet and pokedex. You shout with joy.
"I'll clean up here. Why don't you spend the rest of the day playing with your pokemon. Oh, and here's some money and pokeballs." says your mom. You leave your house and enter Hau'oli city. there are a few interesting things to do. There is a shopping district, a pokemon center, a harbor, a police station, and a few patches of grass.
