In front of the casino. The road is a dirty place filled with hobos and prostitutes at every corner, but the lights are shiny day and night. The only nice-looking place in the entire area is the casino, which is usually guarded by one to three people.
Sometimes, though, people get lucky and only one old geezer is there to protect it.
