You smile as the terrified girl gives up her boyfriend. That doesn't stop you from grabbing her throat and plunging your knife into her cheek. Joanna lets out a blood curdling scream as you make a deep slice, blood instantly pouring down her face.
You get up and calmly walk out into the hallway. Tonio looks at you in shock. "What was that all about, man?" he asks in a hushed voice.
"It just seemed right."
"She didn't do anything, but now she'll have to go to the hospital. She might talk."
