You decide you'll go out to the mall. It probably won't be too busy, but there's sure to be some people there. You'll have to walk, but it's not too far of a walk. You step outside, lock the door behind you, and leave the key under a flower pot. Of course, you won't be bringing any cash with you, but this isn't a shopping trip.
You head out and start walking. One of the people who lives down the street is walking her dog, and she looks at you with an unbelieving look. You keep on walking, getting a little bit more excited that someone has finally gotten a good look at you. You walk down to the end of the neighborhood and turn at the main street. The "mall" is large-ish. It isn't that much of a downtown, but you live near enough to it.
Cars come rolling by, and some you notice slow down as they go past. You look over occasionally to see someone, usually the driver, staring at you. There aren't many cars out, and not many pedestrians either. The only thing is your feet. Bare feet aren't good on pavement, especially with debris on it, and it's making your feet ache. Still, the cars keep coming by, only to slow down and people to stare. You're sure some of the traffic cameras are getting a good look at you too.
You're outside, in public, completely naked, and many, many people can see you.
One of the cars actually slows to a crawl, and in it is a man. He's got tan skin, looks to be in his twenties. He rolls down the window. "Hey, hun. It's kinda hard to be walking in your bare feet. Want a lift somewhere?" It might be nice to get a ride, but there's a certain "stranger danger" feeling you're getting.
