Little family house, there could be some supplies. Inside there are two walkers, man and woman. It was propably their house. Clem kills them and loots the house, when she enters one room there is little kid walker. This was their son. It is a lot harder to kill this little boy walker, but Clem did it. In his room she found baseball bat and hat, similar to her own. She already have baseball bat.
