As you head through the Arch, you run right into a Sniper, the exact one you need to kill. He must have just come down here, because he would have noticed you jump down. He is seemingly keeping an eye on your Sniper, ready to kill him at any moment. He must be waiting for the attack to start. Snipers were always odd about Respect. He also must have noticed your cloaking field for being so close, because he removes his eye from the Rifle and looks right at you. You silently step out of view. He pulls out his Kukiri and leaves the building. Then the worst happens.
Your cloak disappears. He looks right at you.
Challenge the Sniper using only your blades.
