You get off the bus at the Pacific Mall, a feat that takes slightly longer than normal due to the volume of people entering/leaving the bus at this stop.
There are a trio of large retail outlets connected to the mall, not to mention the dozen of stores inside that you may be able to find someone to help. From the amount of cars in the parking lot there doesn't seem to be as many people here today as there usually is so the place won't be too packed. Normally that would be a good thing but today you can't really decide whether that is a good or bad sign.
You could also go across the street to the donut shop.
