You decide to have a conversation with him and you start by simply saying the first thing that comes to your mind. "It's pretty nice out tonight. Defiantly not as cold as most nights." You look over to Max and see him staring of into woods. His blue eyes straining a bit. His helmit is tucked underneath his arm and you can see his short blonde hair and thin beard. His height Is about avarge but his body is well toned to match his profession as a guard.
Max takes a few seconds to respond. Simply saying "Yeah, sure." He continues to stare ahead out into the woods. You follow his gaze but see nothing. You wonder what he's tirying to see when you realize he must not be able to see at all. Given your hightend senses tonight only seems a little dimer then usual but to a normal person it might be nearly pitch black. You quickly squint a bit as well incase Max notices you're mostly unaffected by the dark. After a few moments you stop squinting and decide ask Max a question to try an get a conversation going.
"What do you think the other guards are doing right now?"
"So... Lots of people in this town. Who do you want in your bed tonight?"
