He blinks in confusion. "And do what, Emily?"
"I like you... a lot," you murmur. "Let's go back to my house."
The two of you slip away unnoticed and return to your house. Your dad is at work, so the house is empty.
"Um..." Brandon stammers, "I... uh..."
You give him a smile. "Relax, Brandon. I won't do anything you don't want." You sit him on your bed and settle yourself next to him.
