Thousands of years into the future - or thousands of years into the past? - the world is a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Monstrous beasts and deadly perils looms everywhere. Resources and technology are held by the tyrannic God-Kings, who rule from their fortified citadels. Some worship otherworldly forces to further their goals. Nomadic tribes roam the planet, scavenging for ancient artifacts, trying to survive against all odds.
You are a proud and free barbarian warrior. One day, you return from your hunt and find your village burnt to the ground, your kin slaughtered or taken. The tracks lead north - towards the domain of the God-King Axhura.
