You avoid the people for now and decide to check out the restroom and public baths. There's only the one building for the entire area. There's seperate toilets for men and women, but only one bath.
You go into women's toilet to check out what state the place is in. It's a surprise to find the toilets are in good shape, everything seems to be working. It doesn't stink like a hellhole nor is it overly dirty, the place looks run down but clean enough.
on exiting, you sneak a peek in the male restroom and feel very happy you were born a woman. You quickly move on to the public bath.
There's no way to check out the inside of the bath from the outside as far as you can see. You'd think that would keep you moderately safe from peeping eyes but.. offcourse, it's a mixed bath so there's no need for anyone to peek in.

Just leave it at that for now and head back out
