And you're right that if the United States Department of Justice Criminal Division (a mouthful and a half, but they're currently responsible for obscenity cases) ''wanted'' to have RobKohr arrested on the grounds of some content hosted on the site, Rob would not be able to defend himself by saying he made some 'rule' that he never felt like enforcing. Now whether they'd have a solid case against him is another thing, as contemporary case law for 'written obscenity' offences is not very well developed, but you're right on that point: RobKohr has not done near enough to enforce rule 1.

		+	:I think its good to keep in mind though that you are also responsible for everything you post here online, arguably more so than RobKohr. Your country may be more or less lax than the United States regarding written 'obscene' material, but the more I've looked into it myself, the more I've realized how much influence conservative religion still has on legislation. You'd be surprised by all of the lewd things that you're technically not allowed to create and distribute on the internet because of (in my opinion) outdated laws. Arrests are not common (especially considering how often obscenity laws are broken), but the laws to prosecute haven't been annulled.

You could even move Family Movies over there if you'd like.

I'm not exactly proud of the stuff I write here, but if I can offer you some friendly advice, you need to either do something or don't. If someone were to decide to prosecute you for obscene material, they're not gonna care that you issued warnings against adding new content. There are already "many" stories on this site that feature underaged persons, sexual assault, incest, murder, and sometimes all of the above at once. And they've all gone unaltered and undeleted.
