You manage to open up another quarter of an inch, just enough to fit his inflating knot into your mouth before it becomes too large to get past your luscious lips. Proud of your accomplishment, you try to pull him out of your mouth, but realize that the knot grew too much to get out of your mouth! With his near foot long doggie-dong stuck inside your throat and a knot that is inflating rapidly in your mouth, you quickly realize that the woman can no longer breathe.
