As you regain yourself back up, you look down a bit to notice your skirt, normally reaching almost to your knees and past the lines of your thigh highs, flap about in the higher winds. It is not to say you are not used to winds to a skirt, but you were never used to at least two dozen pairs of eyes staring at the state of it. You feel a little flushed, realizing your spin likely showed some of your own underwear to anyone paying close attention.
