You recall stories about miners who would take small exotic birds, "Canaries" you think, down into the shafts with them. Should the bird die, then the miners knew that their was a gas leak. "I have gas heat" you say out loud followed by, "Is ~~their~~ natural gas normaly err, naturaly found in the earth in New England?...Hmm.. West Virginia, yes...No, no ~~thats~~ coal."
