You hear the unmistakable sound of the door creaking open and footsteps advancing towards you. A creak at the edge of the bed makes you realize someone sat down. A charming southern accent echoes throughout the room, "Howdy, honey! Welcome to 'The Institution'!" "Oh..." You reply weakly, your burning need being the only thing on your mind at the moment. She seems to realize you're preoccupied and resumes speaking, "'The Institution' is a mental asylum, but your not here cause you're crazy hon', you're here because you're just out a luck, tootsie roll." You frown, wondering why "You're outta luck.". She leans over, putting her hand on your shoulder before continuing, "It's 'cause no one wants you no more, darling. Yo' Momma sent you here 'cause she couldn't take the fact, no more, that her son was disabled." You whimper, you're not disabled! Are you? You. . .
