Background
Steven Hardy started up BWE in November of 2009. The federation will host its first event on December 6, 2009 and will host 5 matches. There will be a tag team match to crown the very first BWE Tag Team Champion's, The Kid will be defending the GBYWN Mid-South Championship against Pyschic & The Punisher, Steven Hardy will be facing off against Stone Hardy to crown the very first BWE Champion. The event will be the very first Free-Per-View in BWE History.
